William Deutsch, Executive Director
William has 25 years of experience in the field of Behavioral Health. William has successfully directed programs designed to address the unique complexities of co-occurring diagnoses. William’s goal is to lead his consumers towards integration and permanence within the community. He has done so by networking his program with Social Service organizations and coordinating with Community Case Management and mental health providers. In this way, consumers receive continuity of care that offers them the greatest possibility for success at achieving their goals.

Ashanti Michael, LCSW, LCADC, Clinical Director
Ashanti is the Director at MBH. Ashanti holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work, specializing in Children and Families from Walden University. Ashanti is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. As a therapist Ashanti works with individuals, families and groups. Through her ten years of experience she has worked with various populations, such as children, young adults and adults. Ashanti utilizes humanistic, ecological approach to discuss depression, anxiety, trauma, racial trauma, gender, sexuality, gender identity, sexual orientation and grief. As a clinician, Ashanti seeks to guide and hold space for clients as they go through their own journey towards self-awareness, accountability, and actualization. Ashanti enjoys spending time with her family and Ace, playing basketball, and anything involving Beyoncé.

Alexandra Roden, Program Supervisor
Alexandra is the program supervisor at MBH, and is a Licensed Accredited Counselor (LAC), and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT). Alexandra studied for her Master of Arts at Rider University, and furthered her interest in utilizing movement as a means of helping individuals manage and cope with their mental health. Alexandra has a deep passion for helping people, and has experience working with children, adults, developmental disabilities and addictions. Alexandra uses a person-centered approach to connect with and encourage her clients to work towards goals, and manage their mental health. Alexandra’s hobbies include exercising, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her corgi Ginger.

Willeen Anderson, Case Manager
Willeen is a Case Manager at MBH and is a Certified Social Worker (CSW). Willeen is a proud Jamaican with a deep passion for people and community. Willeen finds purpose in advocating for the best interests of others and creating supportive environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. Willeen is driven by compassion, cultural pride, and a commitment to positive change. Willeen has been living in the USA for over five years and enjoys exploring the states with her family in her free time. Willeen is a dedicated mother and grandmother to her son and grandson.

Angel Moore, Case Manager
Angel Moore is a Case Manager at MBH. Angel is a recent graduate from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Angel is thrilled to begin her career in this field and make a meaningful impact. Angel has always been passionate about helping others and giving back to my community. Outside of work, Angel is an avid reader and loves spending her summers at the Jersey Shore.

Amber McClain, Office Manager
Amber McClain is the Office Manager at MBH. Amber brings a heart for service, a strong sense of organization, and a deep respect for the work we do in behavioral health. Amber is a wife and mother by heart, and a minister by calling. Amber thrives on creating order in the workplace, nurturing growth at home, and offering guidance and hope through faith. Each role keeps her grounded, and together they’ve taught her patience, purpose, and how to lead with compassion. These values help Amber create a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Abigail Oliver, Intern
Abby is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at The College of New Jersey, currently in her final year of the program. She is completing her practicum and internship at Mercer Behavioral Health, where she is thrilled to be gaining hands-on experience and growing both personally and professionally. With an appreciation for Mercer Behavioral Health’s holistic, client-centered approach to care, Abby is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and wellness. She values the opportunity to work alongside a compassionate and collaborative team and is committed to fostering a safe, empathetic space for every client she meets.

Ace, Office Pup
My name is Ace! As a service animal I provide emotional and therapeutic support for all of my human friends. I love belly rubs and milk bones. My top priority is making everyone smile with my lovable charm. I join my mommy daily, in the office, I can’t wait to meet you.
